Both bathrooms had o my cold water from the sink faucets. If you wanted to wash or brush, you better do it in within 10 seconds until the water turns boiling hot. I’ve never seen anything like that in my life. Otherwise, the 2-bedroom room was very large and otherwise ok.

The staff was helpful and friendly. However the bathroom had black spots of mold on the wall paper, the toilet didn’t t flush properly, you could hear the people above all night loudly talking. There were batteries missing in the remotes and dishes stilll in the dishwasher from the previous stay. The milk at the breakfast counter in their fridge was spoiled and there were ants on the food counter, many of them. The facility itself was tidy and comfortable, just kinda all by itself. And they charge 20 dollars a day to park on top off the room fee? Seems like that should include that in the price already.

The breakfast available on Friday of our stay was terrible. Shouldn’t be able to advertise free breakfast when nothing except the eggs were available. No butter (person servicing the breakfast area said it was accidentally thrown away), no waffles or pancakes, no fruit, coffee pots empty until I complained, etc. the weekend was better, still not anything to get excited about. This hotel was expensive for what it offered.

Everyone was extremely friendly! So much so that we already booked our next room. Quick drive to downtown. Was really nice to have the extra space/kitchen. Room and bathroom were very clean.

Property lawn was overgrown somewhat. Bathroom had mold/ mildew growing on the upper edges of some surfaces. Toilet had incorrect seat attached (smaller size). Shampoo dispenser was broken off the wall and placed on ledge inside the shower. Breakfast provided was mediocre and ants seen on the counter.

为了修水压，我们连续两天停水，但水压还是很差。泳池和水疗中心也关闭了两三天，因为他们无法平衡化学物质，这很容易做到。我们选择每隔一天打扫一次房间，但12个晚上我们的房间只打扫了两次。我投诉了好几次才第一次打扫。早餐是一堆炒鸡蛋和某种香肠。每周只有一天提供预煮培根。停车费每天5.12美元加税，简直太贵了。如果你要住两晚以上，请自备纸巾、卫生纸和厨房纸巾。别指望有人打扫房间，也别指望有人会给你干净的毛巾和其他用品，比如肥皂。空调工作不正常，需要整晚不停地运行才能接近设定温度。即使不开空调，温度也一直比设定温度高2-3度。这家酒店街对面就是两个卡车停靠站，而且在收费公路出口，所以卡车噪音很大。我不想再住那里了。酒店仅有的两台洗衣机都坏了一段时间。我们每年夏天都会在这里住两周，希望以后再也不用住这里了。太不值得了。简直是敲竹杠。我们花了一大笔钱住在这里，却得不到应有的回报。我要退款！
