We went to see a concert and wanted to be able to stay overnight. So glad we booked here! The whole place was clean and fresh and our suite was wonderful! We didn't want to leave. Carrie/Kari (I didn't ask the spelling, unfortunately) was so amazing and helpful! Will definitely plan to stay here again for when we come in for concerts! Thank you for a quick and peaceful getaway!

Our room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast options were delicious and plentiful. I would 10/10 stay here again. Also walking distance to the Walmart amp (if you don’t mind a decent walk but it’s honestly not bad!)

我们一直住在费耶特维尔地区的Candlewood/Staybridge Suites酒店集团，非常喜欢。这家绝对是最破旧、最差劲的一家。员工还算可以，但服务实在太差了。送早餐的女士很不专业，食物很快就卖完了。她把责任推到厨房电器坏了。洗衣机或烘干机也坏了。而且，这是我们第一次在这家连锁酒店被拒绝延迟退房。这些问题本来不是什么大问题，但那天是我妻子的生日旅行。非常失望！
对于这个价格，我期望值有点高。在线预订了无障碍客房，但在办理入住手续时被告知没有可用的客房。不过，他们为我母亲提供了淋浴凳。就房间而言，有很多缺点。小厨房和休息区足够宽敞，但有两张双人床的卧室很狭窄。一张床的两端之间只有一英尺的距离可以进入浴室。其他缺点包括梳妆空间很小，卧室里没有抽屉可以存放衣服，没有行李架可以放手提箱，但厨房里有一个小梳妆台！浴室没有排气口。关于清洁度，淋浴间的毛巾很脏，所以不可能清洗干净，卧室的表面有灰尘。其中一个卧室的门把手不见了。床很舒服，但太高了。我身高5英尺5英寸（约1.75米），所以必须爬上床才能睡着。不过枕头很棒，有软硬两种选择。其他不足之处是，我找不到制冰机，前台也根本没人可以问。酒店后面有一个漂亮的露台，但靠近州际公路，噪音很大，甚至连交谈都很难，而且我在房间里也能听到。最后要说的是，酒店前面的洒水器位置不对，喷洒的是人行道和停在无障碍区的车辆。缺点太多了，我根本不会考虑再次入住这里。

小心——他们只会把你转到另一家酒店。
小心——几个月前我预订了这家酒店，但在开车去办理入住的路上，我接到电话说他们超额预订了，要把我转到另一家酒店。我订的是两居室套房，但他们在另一家酒店给我订的是大床套房，所以我只能为我的家庭旅行预订两间不连通的房间。Staybridge 酒店没有考虑，没有帮助，什么都没有。而且他们给我安排的酒店也不太好。我已经给经理留了语音留言，但还没接到回电。这简直令人无法接受！
办理入住时接待服务本来可以做得更好一些。
