Hotel is safe, clean and a very easy walking distance to concerts at the Walmart Amp. We have stayed here several times and will continue to recommend this location.

We expected quite a bit more for a centrally located facility that calls themselves embassy suites. The place was way understaffed for this large of an event at the amphitheater. Check in time was horrendous. The room service food was cold. Breakfast buffet was continually out of food. Trash and popcorn on the floor. our room came with a snack tray that we asked for twice and never got and there was a wad of hair in the toilet when we first came in the room and with a window that faces the west and check in time is not until four, you should probably close the blinds so the room is not incredibly hot when it’s time to check in.

小镇最大的酒店了吧，个房间太大了
非常好，很不错的一次出差体验
期望很高……结果不如预期
入住后等了1.5个小时才打扫房间，还送了一份免费开胃菜（如果我选择光顾餐厅的话）……而且我不得不要求延迟一小时退房，但并没有提供补偿，以弥补我错过的房间使用时间。
沙发和躺椅被挪动了，下面的地毯很脏。
我去要了额外的毯子，但可怜的前台工作人员当时独自一人，已经列好了其他客人需要的物品清单，但没能去地下室拿……几个小时后（凌晨1:30之后）她才把毯子送到，并道了歉。
我原本希望早餐能弥补这次旅行……结果却没有……排了很长的队才能上菜，甚至连干净的盘子都没等到……食物很寡淡，孩子们对它印象很不好。
房卡三次都无法使用。除了2楼和3楼，所有制冰机都坏了。房间里的空调也坏了。维修人员在第二天晚上9点来修好了。淋浴间的天花板都快塌了。房间的门很难打开。
值得庆幸的是，我们收到了一个丰厚的礼品袋和一份免费的开胃菜。
有趣的住宿体验
我们刚到的时候，房间里弥漫着霉味，空调也关了。镜子很脏，我家人到达时，浴室里没有卫生纸。我们通知了前台，前台给了我们一卷卫生纸。床很硬。电视安装了流媒体服务，我们可以登录，但无法加载，即使是普通的电视频道也经常断断续续。
我在这里住过几次，从来没有遇到过任何问题。可惜的是，这次我们房间的管道出了点问题，马桶堵塞了，冲不出来。我们给前台打了电话留言，又给客服发了好几次短信，然后又去了前台试图寻求帮助，但毫无进展。晚上11点半左右，我终于找到了一位工作人员，她告诉我只有她一个人在那里，但她在电脑上查了一下我的房间，说她很快就会派人上来。我告诉她，如果她能给我一个马桶塞，我可以试着修一下。她保证会修好的。我一直等到凌晨1点半左右才睡着。第二天早上，我下楼去大堂的洗手间，准备退房。我收到了客服的短信，询问我们的住宿体验，我解释说，如果马桶能用就更好了。当天晚些时候，我快到家的时候，收到了一条道歉短信。但那时已经太晚了。
有了这样品质和价格的酒店，我不应该整晚闻着污水味，然后跑到房间里去小便。我喜欢这里便利的地理位置，希望他们以后能找到更多能为顾客提供帮助的员工。
房间不干净，闻起来像是有人在里面抽烟。我们房间那一侧又热又闷。说实话，我根本不想睡在这个房间里，因为感觉太脏了。我不会再住这里了。
六楼中庭的房间热得让人无法忍受。残疾人停车位每晚15美元的停车费简直不合理。
