Wasn't at hotel much, but very pretty inside, love the set up. Always love staying at Embassy Suites, but this one was for sure one of the nicer ones!

Shower head is a only a trickle not enough volume to clean properly

The room was nice and clean. Excellent breakfast choices each morning. I wish the person that straightened up room the second day had restocked the coffee for me. No coffee the last morning. Had to leave before breakfast was served. The last night there were kids running around the halls and blocking up the elevators. They also had dropped trash around the hallways, which made it look messy. I saw no parents for these kids. At least 15 kids unsupervised running around. I understand there are night rules starting at 11p but I had to get up early and could not sleep due to the noise.

小镇最大的酒店了吧，个房间太大了
卫生间的落水太慢，报修也没有人来，第一次遇到。
非常好，很不错的一次出差体验
期望很高……结果不如预期
入住后等了1.5个小时才打扫房间，还送了一份免费开胃菜（如果我选择光顾餐厅的话）……而且我不得不要求延迟一小时退房，但并没有提供补偿，以弥补我错过的房间使用时间。
沙发和躺椅被挪动了，下面的地毯很脏。
我去要了额外的毯子，但可怜的前台工作人员当时独自一人，已经列好了其他客人需要的物品清单，但没能去地下室拿……几个小时后（凌晨1:30之后）她才把毯子送到，并道了歉。
我原本希望早餐能弥补这次旅行……结果却没有……排了很长的队才能上菜，甚至连干净的盘子都没等到……食物很寡淡，孩子们对它印象很不好。
房卡三次都无法使用。除了2楼和3楼，所有制冰机都坏了。房间里的空调也坏了。维修人员在第二天晚上9点来修好了。淋浴间的天花板都快塌了。房间的门很难打开。
值得庆幸的是，我们收到了一个丰厚的礼品袋和一份免费的开胃菜。
清洁程度很高，清洁人员也很友好。
