The front desk guy wasn’t nice at all, the check in experience was awful.
The desk person should be trained to greet customers in a professional manner.

The tissues are like using actual paper. In a room for two people, more than two towels should be available. Guests shouldn't have to ask for extra towels on day 1.
The breakfast was kinda sad, but it also never claimed to be as extensive as competitors.

The room was nice and clean! Angel at the front desk was awesome! And the breakfast staff was on top of it and very friendly! Would definitely stay again!

room was clean. never given access to my digital key. the breakfast was pretty poor, definitely not what I expect from a hilton brand hotel. will probably avoid spark hotels again.

It was fine accept for the, most likely, bed bug I found on the bedside stand 5 minutes after I went into the room. I changed rooms but it's hard to feel comfortable after that.

Updated rooms so everything new and clean. Bathroom still dated looking but clean. Good stay for overnight or weekend.

Very clean and staff is helpful and friendly. Quiet location as well. Highly recommended. Only suggestion is that the hotel needs a better breakfast. But we were there midweek. Honestly though, this is the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed at.
