Room felt very wet and smelled like mildew. Staff was accommodating and changed the room, but was not very nice about it being booked through this website.

Room was not ready at 4pm because the Football team was checking out. It ruined my tailgating before the game and caused a huge inconvenience for me. Very disappointed

First room was dirty smelled or smoke and cleaning supples left in it. They moved us with no problem. Room was gear, view good, cleanliness was good. Comfort excellent.

The Hilton is very clean and the location was great. The room was average and the beds very comfortable. However, the AC didn’t work properly and was set at 60 degrees. I was unable to get the room warmer without having to just turn off the fan. The water pressure was also low. Otherwise it was a good stay.

Online said free Parking was $15 a night . Tv did not work in room and shampoo dispenser was empty ! Was offered to change rooms at 10 pm no thanks to late for that . They did comp breakfast for our trouble .

Amazing hotel
Our stay was amazing. We were in town for NYAA Cheer Nationals and anything we needed or any questions we had was answered. Staff was very nice and helpful. Location was very convenient as well and we were able to walk across the street for both days of competition. Will definitely stay again.

The downtown Lexington area is beautiful but the homeless people in and around the city made my family feel very unsafe

Parking garage was crowded and paying for parking when i have to drive around 5 to 15 minutes to get a parking spot, or go all the way to the top floor .
