The hotel itself is still very nice, and we will return to it. For the first time, we had a shoddy room. There was no heat, the toilet barely functioned, the clock didn't work, there was no hand soap, and the room smelled as if it hadn't been used in a long time. When I contacted the front desk, they did send up soap and a space heater, so we were able to muddle through when the temperature outside was 29 degrees.

The room was extremely hot. We turned the thermostat to 60 and ran it with the fan on, but the room was still very hot. We were uncomfortable and unable to get good sleep. As we went to leave the next morning, you could instantly feel cool air as we stepped into the hallway. Not sure why the room was so hot and uncomfortable, but do not plan on staying at this location again.

Front desk staff were so nice and we had a nice clean room. But no one wanted to answer the phone except the front desk. I called the restaurant multiple times for room service and had to eventually call the front desk for them to get someone to call me back. Also tried calling room service and no one answered.
