The gentleman who checked us in was not friendly actually kind of rude it doesn't start out for a great trip we have fun anyway I was with my mom it is the 14th year we have come to the Marriott on Black Friday to spend the weekend the service has gotten worse over the years the location is phenomenal it's nice that they have hot chocolate for the tree lighting but to start out with bad service was a true disappointment

The hotel was nicely decorated for the season and had a nice pop-up for the tree lighting. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Great location, we will definitely stay again.

The suite was SO small, no closet space or room for bags. Don't pay more for a suite, it is absolutely not worth it. The sound on the windows was really poor -- could hear EVERYTHING happening outside. Clearly not double-paned windows which they should be given the room faces the busiest thoroughfare in downtown Lancaster.
