No gym the pool was closed under construction no ice machine on it he down floor had to go upstairs breakfast was not good the bed in are room was practically on the floor terrible mattress and pillows had a odder when we arrived the house keeper said she would clean it again she did was a little bit better I paid over 200 dollars a night which I thought I was getting a nice room it was to me like a 69 dollar a night motel my back is killing me from trying to sleep on that bed the staff was very nice but when we checked out p

Very frustrated about our room that did not have a closet, we did not space or enough hangers to hang our clothes for the wedding we came to town for. We spoke to the front desk person who told us he would discount our room because it was right next to an elevator and didn’t have a closet for our clothes. Our bill was not discounted but there appeared a new $5 added as a separate charge that was not removed? Any suggestions on how to get a credit as promised by the gentlemen that was scheduled to work that night until 11p the night of our check in would be appreciated.

Gone all day. Return at 3 pm and room not done all three days? Garbage in elevator for 3/4 of a day. Gym TV not working. Gym water dry. For my entire stay. It was just OK at best.

the staff was very helpful and courteous in getting us moved to another room. They were also very accommodating in the lounge as our large family gathered there after the honor flight. Thanks to all of you.
工作人员非常有礼貌，乐于助人。泳池简直糟透了，脏兮兮的，锈迹斑斑。这家酒店一点也不像希尔顿汉普顿酒店。房间很脏，百叶窗上还有洞，用胶带补上了。早餐也不怎么样，很多东西都没了。
