Best stay away home
Amazing location , great customer service . We love Linda & Deanna at the front desk . The breakfast was very fresh and clean. Very comfortable stay . I will be back next year.

Clean rooms, nice and safe area in Florence. We felt comfortable enough to walk around at night and there were tons of restaurants and food options nearby. This is great central location if you are planning on visiting the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum. It’s also just 20 minutes away from Cincinnati if you wanted to explore the city. The only downsides to this hotel is that the pool was cold and obviously a bit older and run down. Also the floors on the elevators were always sticky. Everything else was clean but that area.

I would highly recommend this location if you are in the Cincinnati area…without the downtown Cincinnati prices!

Nice place to stay!
Enjoyable stay, area safe and quiet Hotel was clean inside, bed and pillows comfortable. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Staff pleasant and professional.easy check in. When returning to area will stay again.

Our room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the staff was super friendly.
窗户上只有一块白色的透明百叶窗。停车场的灯光刺得我们房间睁不开眼，简直像在审讯室睡觉！我们试着用毛巾遮挡窗户，但没什么用。几乎没睡着！假日酒店，你们应该改进！我相信这肯定不是第一次有人投诉了！
不值这个价钱
就这个价格而言，我不推荐这家酒店。服务很差。我经常出差，从来没遇到过打电话要毛巾却被告知必须自己去拿的情况，不管什么时间。浴缸根本没打扫干净，水龙头周围有橙色的残留物，摸起来黏糊糊的。周四到周日住了三晚，花了889美元，我觉得服务太差了。明年再去的时候，我们肯定会住别的酒店。
所有肥皂都兑了水，包括洗手液和洗发水。
早餐收费让我非常不满意，以前是包含在房费里的。
住了两晚，价格真的太贵了。
