The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful during all of our interactions. Our bathroom was not very clean and the walls seemed to be paper thin. We did not get much sleep during our three nights there as you could hear anything and everything happening in the hallways. The housekeeping staff started cleaning rooms each morning between 7-8am and they would knock on each door announcing their presence so you would hear them at every door around you. They would also have conversations and laughter in the hall right outside of our room and it made it difficult to sleep in after hearing other guests all night long. Parking is very convenient and there is no shortage of shopping and dining in the immediate area.

First I want to say A HUGE THANK YOU to the staff who prepared all the food and waited on all of the conference people you guys did an amazing job and we appreciate you. Also, I wanna give a shout out to Roberto and James with the front desk. They were so very welcoming and accommodating of everyone’s needs.
That being said, when we all checked out on Sunday, there was an older white woman at the desk who was very rude and combative with multiple people. I would love to speak to the general manager at some point about the experience as well and what I witnessed.
