Staff was excellent! The hotel was under renovation while we were there but all was still good.

The property is in a good location but the room was terrible especially the bathroom toilet was not cleaned properly and the bath was moldy and the slide door was hard to open due to being very old.
However the front desk staff was nice , friendly and knowledgeable

We were very impressed that the property is currently undergoing renovation. The third floor we stayed on was completely remodeled. A minor criticism concerned the shower pressure. Although the shower head appeared to be brand new, it did not deliver a stronger water pressure. Also, the toilet tissue seemed to fall apart when wet. Other than that, no suggestions for improvement.

The hotel was clean and updated. The staff was all very nice and attentive. The location was not the best but there isn't a lot in New Castle.

It was clean but just under construction and the cost was high
