Absolutely enjoyed breakfast and the staff. Only disappointment was the pool was not open. We had really wanted to go swimming during our stay.

There was no breakfast available to us by 9:30am. As we were checking out at 9:30am or so, someone was putting breakfast items out, way past the hours that were advertised. The pool was closed. I explained to the Manager that the breakfast and the indoor pool were the 2 reasons that we chose to stay at this hotel and that we received neither, the Manager bristled and sarcastically apologized. She was not sincere in her apology and seemed irritated that I brought it up. She was rude and not at all interested in whether we were satisfied.

The room was big and comfortable. Great shower head and quick hot water. Friendly staff and well designed lobby/ breakfast area. Great good for breakfast.
My only complaint was that they didn’t ask before giving us a room in the section that is given to pets. We have no pets and would have preferred a room that never had a pet in it. The cloth stuffed chair had stains and the surface looked not to have been cleaned.

the small couch in my room was soiled with stains and rips. There was dried white paint splattered on the bathroom floor and the back of the door. The reading lamps over the beds did not work.

问题不在于员工，而在于像纸一样薄的墙壁和地板。凌晨 2 点，我们被楼上的人吵醒，那声音听起来真的像是有人用锤子敲地板。我们打电话给前台，她说会打电话给他们。刚要回去睡觉，又发生了这种情况。我们再次打电话给前台，女孩说她会上去检查一下。这时，丈夫上到我们楼上的楼层，碰到了前台女孩，她来到我们的房间，听到了声音。所以我们起身离开了。再次强调，员工很棒，只是建议住在顶楼，这样你才是烦人的人，而不是被烦的人。
声音里沾满了体液和看起来像粪便的东西。窗帘上沾满了污渍，灯罩也脏兮兮的，而且破了。房间里还留着前一位客人的衣服。
马桶座、沙发、毛巾都很脏。所有排水管都堵塞了，而且流速非常慢。
早餐还可以。
房间很脏。浴室里有我们之前的人留下的衣服。
