The staff was great and very responsive. I had an issue with the surprise parking fee, since it was a public parking lot with no parking tags required. It also wasn’t a secured lot. The staff removed the fee with no problem.
The hallway carpet was covered in stains and the room smelled old. The bathroom needs to be remodeled. There were stains on the bathtub and on the toilet. It had nothing to do with cleanliness, it was just a very old and dated facility. The breakfast was good, especially the omelette. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Room was clean and cool. Very quiet on our floor. I like that all the doors to the rooms are inside and safe.

When i arrived the said our room wasn't ready and thry had given the last 2 bed room to a couple in front of me and that i would have to wait for some more to come available. So we left came back 40 minutes later and said it was still not ready, it would be another 20 minutes. Well after 30 minutes it was still not ready but i seen 3 other guest come and they were checked in so we finally said something and she apologized for the wait after we mentioned a whole family of 6 were able to check in for a 2 bed room. I've never had an issue at any hotel until now. I will never book here again.

Overnight trip for football game
1 of our rooms wasn’t ready until after 5pm because of a football team late check out. Also factored in was our request for connecting rooms. It all worked out in the end. Overall, we enjoyed the stay and would stay there again.

We were there for Tri-Five car show our room had not been swept before we went in and the room had not been cleaned for the 4 days we were there we had one cup one coffee pod and one sugar in the room nothing to stir with and the last night we were there we had to go get towels to take a shower and they had to bring them later

I was trying to sleep and the housekeeper was outside of my door loudly mouthing about not knowing if she was supposed to clean my room- despite me having a do not disturb sign on the door.
