One of the worst stays I’ve had here in a long time. First, the thermostat didn’t seem to work. I put it on 65 because the room was so hot when I first arrived. I had it on full blast and it never reached below 72 in the room. Then the TV wouldn’t work, the live stations would lose signal every 45 seconds.
The next morning I had left the hotel at 6am for a meeting and returned at 8am. From 8am to 2pm. There was a cleaning lady who slammed doors the entire time on the 7th floor. It shock my room and walls every time she did it. I couldn’t get back to sleep. I couldn’t do anything because she was so loud. Finally at around 2pm i gave up and went home a day early. The receptionist didn’t care or ask why I was leaving early. Even tho I mentioned that I couldn’t stay here another night. She didn’t seem interested, which is fine.

Friendly staff at Check-in & Check Out we had a fairly clean room, there was a piece of candy under the edge of the bed and it wasn’t from us so not sure how clean it really was.

Room was dinghy and modly. Air quality was bad and woke up with a sore throat. To make it worse the morning of the 22nd there was no power. I couldn't shower because the bathroom was too dark and the room started getting cold.

The room was old. Worn out carpet, holes in the walls, filthy filter, refrigerator was making strange sounds and covered with graffiti and guess what was under the bed. Room should not be for sale until it’s corrected.

Comfortable Bed, but a very busy weekend spot, no
Solid stay. The staff are nice. This is a tremendously busy place on the weekends, with kids running in the halls until they let get reigned in at midnight. Comfortable beds. We were told on Friday that the pool doesn’t open until 3–which is kind of why I book this hotel routinely. I like to swim in the morning.

Have to admit…the Atrium lobby was super cool. However, it sadly did not match the inside of our ‘dated’ room #222.
UGH…Those lamp shades need replacing. Plus, where’s the sofa???
I have pictures of the filthy hallway carpet and the gross area where the corner of the tub meets the bathroom floor. See for yourself.
We arrived to find only 1/2 roll of toilet paper for 2 people for a 2 night stay AND zero liquid soap in both soap dispensers.
$15 breakfast??? No thanks.
Oh, and my husband said the Kleenex box was nearly empty upon our arrival. Then WHY would we need a code for staff tip??? We pay well for good service but this was the worst in our 10 day stay down south.

The staff was great and very responsive. I had an issue with the surprise parking fee, since it was a public parking lot with no parking tags required. It also wasn’t a secured lot. The staff removed the fee with no problem.
The hallway carpet was covered in stains and the room smelled old. The bathroom needs to be remodeled. There were stains on the bathtub and on the toilet. It had nothing to do with cleanliness, it was just a very old and dated facility. The breakfast was good, especially the omelette. I wouldn’t stay here again.
