The room had quite a few cosmetic issues that needed fixed/addressed, such as the toilet seat needing to be tightened. The shower curtain barely fitting inside the tub and it didn't reach either side of the walls so water leaked out often. Also the caulking was missing where the shower back met the tub. An overall update of the room would be beneficial. The fridge had many deep scratches on it as if someone did that in purpose. I did feel safe and it was quiet.

It is obvious the hotel is older with rust stains in the bathtub, the enamel peeling up, and marks on the walls. The AC unit is very loud and both mattresses were very uncomfortable - hard with no give. The staff was great though!

Our stay was amazing. We stayed one night with out one year old and every staff member we met was so kind and caring. We really appreciated their friendly hospitality and welcoming characters. The pool was great and our room was perfectly clean and well put together. This team here is doing a great job!

Everything was good except the shower curtain would not close so, water was all over the bathroom floor every time we took a shower. Also it was a bit noisy most of the time we were there, from kids running up and down the halls.

Came here for a family funeral, it was a quiet room - just what we needed.

I do have good news to share about our upcoming renovations that at this point we are just waiting to hear back from our general contractor as to when they will begin. Hopefully you will choose to stay with us again once renovations have been completed should your travels bring you back to the Wichita area.

Checked in to a double bed room , key cards didnt work. room was occupied by mistake. Moved to a king suite with pull out beds. The curtains were dirty/stained. The roll out mattresses were dirty.
