The rooms were dirty, furniture was worn and in terrible condition. Looked at 3 different rooms trying to find one that didn't have ripped up mattresses.loretally giant holes that you could fit a full body in. All 3 rooms were in terrible condition. I asked for a full refund which they said I would get. I would never sleep there. The dining area wasn't clean and the main hallways were dirty and trash overflowing. I could not give this a worse rating.

The hotel is in desperate need of an update. It smelled musty & felt stuffy. The location is convenient, however, the area didn’t feel particularly safe for a single female. Being so close to the expressway & Q-trip, I could hear loud cars & motorcycles.
The breakfast closed at 9:00am on Saturday & Sunday so I didn’t get to eat after my half marathon race.

Tv did not work. AC ubit would only turn on if it was run on 60 degrees. We asked for refund or a different room, refused both request, said they did not have permission to refund the money and said the hotel had zsro other rooms avalible, which it was packed for breakfast

这家酒店还不错，服务也很好，离市中心也不远。我之前在威奇托住了六年，所以对这片区域很熟悉。街对面就有一家 QuikTrip 便利店，沿着 Boardway 街往另一条街走，就能看到一家 Wendy's 汉堡店。他们店里好像还有个餐厅，而且还有台球桌。
我在网上预订时看到了一个更优惠的价格，但办理入住时价格却很贵，不过当时已经来不及取消了！
他们多收了我一倍的钱，气死我了。
酒店位置不错，我参加会议需要住在市中心。但我希望酒店的清洁标准能更高一些，它非常脏。浴帘很脏，健身房……我都记不清上次打扫是什么时候了。椅子和其他东西都很旧。这家酒店真的需要好好翻新一下。不过价格还可以，而且也确实把我送到了目的地。
首先，房间里的空调根本没法降温，感觉热得要命；浴室里的马桶也坏了；毛巾（只有四条）都发黄了；泳池的侧壁上除了水里的污垢外，还有霉菌。最后，我们去办理入住时等了大约40分钟，因为前台根本没人能帮我们。我再也不会来这家酒店了。
