I'm sorry that the hotel was not quiet - we did indeed have a group of cheerleaders here that had a tough time settling down. ******* does NOT show that we have an operable pool at this time, and you did receive a prearrival email stating the fact that it was and would be closed during the time of your visit, as well as during the check in process. It's a shame that you didn't reach out prior to arrival indicating your concern

I like the fresh ice water with lime and fresh coffee in the lobby and convenient office with printer. Gym equipment was in good condition and pool was very clean.

The hotel parking lot was empty. We arrived at 2:10 pm and I asked if they had a room ready. She said check in was at 3 and she wasn’t sure if rooms were ready or not. She said early arrivals have to pay a fee of $20. That would be fine if we weren’t only 45 minutes early and the place was mostly empty. There were plenty of empty rooms and plenty of rooms available at 2:15. Put a sour note on our stay from the first encounter. I usually don’t stay at this hotel anymore and now I remember why.

Trip to Slippery Rock University
A good place to stay if you're making a visit to Slippery Rock University. Close to grocery and food. Short ride to outlets in Grove City. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly.

The lock to the laundry would not allow access and I really needed to do some laundry. It’s lousy when an amenity you are expecting is not there.

我们预订了这家酒店，因为要参加整个周末的啦啦队比赛。我特意找了一家带大泳池和热水浴缸的酒店，想带孩子们一起享受周末。结果到的时候，他们告诉我们泳池周末都关闭了。我们的房间里有个浴缸，所以我就让孩子们在里面放满水玩，消磨时间。我不得不把浴缸擦干净，因为到处都是脏兮兮的头发。到了睡觉时间，楼上的人还在地板上和床上跳来跳去，一直跳到晚上11点。我们给前台打了三次电话，让他们来处理。我们预订了两晚，结果只住了一晚就早早回家了，不值得再在那里待上一天一夜。
