The thermostat would not funtion properly, so we could not regular the room temperature. Therefore we weren't very comfortable!

Very friendly and helpful. Everything was great on the Hotel end, but I had to pay a lot more than I was quoted! ******* had the hotel handle the price! I thought using ******* was so we could save money through them! That did not. Happen.

The hotel was clean, staff was fantastic and accommodated getting family members rooms close to each other. I didn’t have breakfast but liked that there was a Starbucks across the parking lot. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Was okay. Receptionist was not prepared. One elevator for entire hotel. Checked us into the wrong room then wanted to blame us.

Great Place to stay
We had a great stay but we decided to not have our room cleaned as we were only staying 2 nights. But whenever we interacted with the cleaning staff they were so helpful and courteous.
The room was great.
The food for breakfast was fabulous and again the staff at breakfast were so polite and efficient and helpful

Topeka trip
The room was very roomy with sitting area. Had a problem with A/C. It was 63° in room when we got there. Turned it up to 72° and left for 6 hours. When we got back, it was still 63° in the room. Went to front desk and attendant came to and tried to turn it up. Not improvement . Went to front desk again. Bottom line - could get it to go up, turn on heat so he unplugged and gave us an extra blanket. 69° in morning. No a good night's sleep.

Nice big room only odd thing was there was excess room but no chair for the desk. There was one upholstered chair and a foot stool. We had family to visit and had nowhere for them to sit.
