Nice big room only odd thing was there was excess room but no chair for the desk. There was one upholstered chair and a foot stool. We had family to visit and had nowhere for them to sit.

They did not have my reservation in their system when we arrived at 10 pm at night, the hotel was completely booked so they turned us away without a place to stay, the whole experience was horrible and we could not find out why they did not show our reservation in their system.

This Holiday Inn Express was wonderfully appointed and clean. Our only complaint was that the A/C made loud noises all night which kept me from sleeping soundly.

It was fine. On the less nice end as far as HIE we've stayed at, but fair for the price we paid. Parking lot was tight and had trash everywhere, and was full of large work truck and trailers.

The hotel staff were amazing and the hotel has new rooms and facilities. The beds were very comfortable and the couch bed was wonderful. Great gym and breakfast.
