Several things were broken or out of service. (Pool, workout room- even the pancake machine at breakfast) The place was clean, but in much need of updating and needed a little more attention.

The bathroom smelled like it was cleaned with a dirty mop. The toilet seat screw was broken and missing a piece
The tissue box was empty
The hallway floors were dated and worn and needed to be cleaned
A little attention to details and can improve ratings
The key card for the room door didn’t work the next morning
The breakfast was stocked and the staff at check in and checkout were very nice!
We needed a place to rest our head, it was inexpensive ($130) for the night so it was a good value for the cost : )

Limited towels, questionable stain on mattress. Key did not work multiple times and needed to go to front desk to get keycard reconfigure ld ( 3 time in 1 hour). Indoor pool was closed without any prior notification upon booking or prior to payment when checking in. We were notified indoor pool was closed when inquiring about the pool hours, which was after I paid for the room

Food was okay, not great in the complimentary breakfast!
酒店因为管道出现大问题导致停水，所有客人都不得不取消预订。网络简直是一场灾难，卫生情况也只有3分（满分10分），我甚至不得不自己清洁淋浴间，因为它上面都是粉色的黏液，还得清理空调滤网。太让人失望了。
地毯太脏了，房间好像没人打扫过，我一点都不喜欢，最糟糕的是他们给我安排的房间淋浴坏了。客服很好，但其他方面都很糟糕。
地板很脏。我房间里有 3 个不同的灯泡坏了，这意味着房间非常暗。我门上的门栓坏了，门顶上的附加锁非常松。停车场里有一个无家可归的人睡在车里。洲际酒店集团的酒店往往体验相当糟糕。
泳池加热器坏了，热水浴缸和健身房正在建设中，网站上没有提到这一点。
