Room was clean. I would have liked to see some grab bars in the shower. BIG-screen TV was nice. Very comfortable bed and covers. Impressive lobby.

Breakfast was good but cost around $16, and there was a problem where we could not get the room we booked and were switched and a couple billing issues.

Loved the new renovations and staff were all super nice. Only problem were the bed frames. Mattresses didn’t fit well on the box part. And frame extends too far out My husband bumped his knee on. one and cut his shin. I bumped my knee on one and got a bruise.

Smells clean. The pool and hot tub were closed with no notice until we were checked in. The toilet wouldn’t flush and the receptionist just gave us a plunger to fix it.

I apologize that it was not easily found on the website, but we do not have control over the design of third-party websites. I also apologize that there was an issue with your toilet, but I am glad we were able to get it back up and working for you.

太可怕了！胶水和新地毯散发出的有毒烟雾和蒸汽。我和我88岁的老母亲因为吸入有毒蒸汽，整晚都没睡。我们简直中毒了！第二天，我们不得不在毫无睡意的情况下开了8个小时的车。酒店应该提前告知我们这次装修，因为如果我知道的话，我绝对不会预订这家酒店。这会带来健康隐患——吸入的蒸汽会进入大脑（身体/肝脏需要代谢），导致睡眠不足（其影响会持续2-3周），而且在毫无睡意的情况下开车也非常危险。我们住酒店是为了睡觉，而不是为了浸泡在化学物质中，遭受毒物中毒和睡眠不足的折磨！这太过分了，完全不能接受！！！如果你关心自己的健康，就不要住这家酒店！！！
