我们预订并预付了一间有两张双人床的房间，但当我们很晚才入住时，他们却把我们的房间让给了我们，给了我们一间有一张非常小的特大号床的房间。
令人失望
商务出行。行程前两天才收到重建通知，并提供免费取消。由于是商务旅行，行程已预先批准，所以无法取消。酒保的服务态度有待改进。基于三个月内两次旅行的经验，我不会再选择万豪酒店了。
酒店正在施工。餐厅已关闭。网站和*******都没有说明这一点。我们特意选择了一家带餐厅的酒店，因为我们自己的房子正在施工，而且气温低于零度/是冬天……停车场离大楼很远，而且气温低于零度……然后他们关闭了前门进行大堂施工——同样没有通知，你被安排到不同的入口！在零度以下的天气里，这简直太荒谬了。至少应该在停车区设置标识或提供代客泊车服务。员工很好，但管理层对顾客的关怀不足。至少应该打折一下房价，并在网站上注明正在施工！不要等到入住时才通知。我甚至懒得去看看游泳池是否可用……心想这也不行。客房服务也很差。
房间超棒，流媒体服务也很棒。虽然酒店里有各种活动，但我晚上在房间里完全听不到任何噪音！星巴克和餐厅也很不错。

他们来到我的房间，假装有人抱怨我吸烟，我刚在房间里待了 20 分钟，房间里就弥漫着古龙水的味道，所以我在那里待了 10 个小时后就离开了
