Will not stay here again!
For the price - they don’t really offer you anything. No restaurant even though they say you have access to food 24/7. You have to pay for valet even though where the parking is located you can literally walk to your car faster. We walked or ubered everywhere. Don’t have enough staff at the small bar… limited food… and the price for 2 small coffees and 2 bagels $27.
We were there 2 nights and NEVER had anyone make the bed, empty our trash… or even clean the room.

The staff was great and the hotel was nice and very clean. We also liked its proximity to shops and restaurants, and to the bridge to head over to the islands (Isle of Palms, Folly Beach, etc.). I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel is located in a very convenient area of Charleston. It was walkable to both King Street shopping, restaurants, bars and also walking distance to the French Quarter shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Comfy beds and easy to downtown!
We enjoyed our stay, with a very easy check-in. Unfortunately, the room we received had been recently smoked in. As non-smokers, this is offensive. The young man at the desk was very understanding and relocated us right away. The next room was perfect and the beds extremely comfortable. Easy walk to downtown too!

I’ve been staying at the Courtyard Marriott in Charleston for years, and it never disappoints. The location is absolutely perfect — right in the heart of the city where you can walk to just about everything: historic sites, amazing restaurants, shops, and the waterfront.
The staff is always incredibly friendly and welcoming, which makes every stay feel like coming home. Whether it’s your first visit to Charleston or your tenth, this hotel puts you right in the center of everything worth seeing. I can’t recommend it enough for comfort, convenience, and Southern hospitality at its finest.
