We enjoyed our quick stop over at the Holiday Inn Express in Hays. The staff was friendly and helpful. The check in and out process was efficient. The room was clean and beds comfy. Would definitely stop again on our way to Colorado.

I'm disabled. Had to smash a bug, Had to walk 80 yards to get ice. I can get a suite for half as much that has a real refrigerator with an ice maker in the room, stove instead. Worst room I've gotten all year so far, and the most expensive.

Room was clean and spacious for my family if 4. Breakfast was mid, I wish their were more fresh fruit options and waffle maker or omelet maker but overall it was decent for hotel breakfast.

办理入住时前台接待员非常和蔼可亲。我们住的是一楼走廊尽头的大床套房，房间非常宽敞干净，包括地毯也很整洁。浴室很干净，灯光明亮。我得承认这可能是我们住过最好的智选假日酒店之一了。房间也很安静。
我在韩国的时候，对假日酒店的印象并不是很好。
但到了国外才发现，它干净整洁，而且基本设施完善，简直是出行必备的酒店。
设施方面体验最差。床很糟糕，房间很脏，楼上一群大象一直到凌晨12点才散去，睡得不好，早餐种类很少，而且被挑拣过。客服还不错。
