The property on the outside was very nice. Unfortunately, the inside was not it was like an old motel 8. Everything on the inside was outdated. The carpeting looked like it was about 20 years old. There were kids running up-and-down the hallways till about 1 AM. And the doors that go outside were not secure did not lock.Anybody could just walk right in.

The service was good, the room was clean and mostly comfortable. The facility seems old. The floor of our room was not level, as if the floor was sagging. The shower drain was slow. Our room was near the elevator, which had a noisy mechanism, so it was not really quiet until all the guests were settled for the evening,

Not enough trash bags or trash cans in room. Bathroom door wrap and hard to get open after shower. Hot tub out of service one major we change hotels.

This hotel pleasantly surprised us! We had never heard of AmericInn and now we're considering them moving forward. The staff were great, the room was incredibly comfortable, and the bed was fantastic. We had zero complaints and would stay here again without question!

Convenient parking. Room itself was fine. Clean with comfortable beds.
What wasn’t so good was the amount of noise coming from upstairs when people walked around. It was more or less unacceptable. Fortunately it stopped at night- but woke us up in the morning.

Nice rooms and good overall. Bright security lights shining all night into rooms on east side a bit of a problem; there are good room-darkening curtains, but no chance to watch thunderstorms. Only little coffeemaker in room--no tea, and too much coffee flavoring in maker if you bring your own tea. Helpful staff.

Soaps were watered down or not ever refilled. Shower walls were dirty. Floor corners were unclean. The beds were amazing! No cleaning service until 3 day. Staff is very nice.

Room had a lot of water damage in the bathroom. A washcloth was left in the tub.
The room otherwise was okay. Not great. But okay.
Bed was good.
Location is great if you need to walk over to Walmart for supplies.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! BUGS! GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK
I’ve never had a worse experience in my life.. There were bugs crawling on the walls, in several rooms. We did not stay, and I’m still trying to get my refund. The manager told me they would provide the refund, and ********** told me the manager is refusing and saying we stayed there. I can’t tell who is lieing and screwing me over. But I’m extremely disappointed. Bugs are NOT EVEN SOMEWHAT OKAY!
