The pool area was really nice and it had a cozy outdoor sitting area that looked out on the lake. The breakfast was one of the best we've had at a Hampton. Room was clean and rhe beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

I have booked a larger room with lake view with extra additional room with pullout sofa for my teenage son, and when I arrived at the hotel, they told me room had maintenance issues and was not available. They didn’t accommodate me in a similar room. They put us in much smaller room with no view. They also did not give us discount on much smaller room. It was so disappointing. Family of 3 end up staying in tiny room with no comfort whole weekend.

The staff was friendly. The fixtures were old and not taken care of. The tub didn’t want to drain. The ac had mold all over it. Coughed all night and woke up all stuffed up. I found mold in the coffee maker in the room. The mattress was thin and definitely not pillow top. It wasn’t a room where you felt comfy to stay in at all. There is a lot in the area to go to and the outside of the property was taken care of. I didn’t use the pool so I’m not sure how that was. Their breakfast bar was decent. The staff was the best part of the stay. It could be that I just happened to get a bad room.
