Everything fine except thermostat in room didn’t work. I had changed clothes before I discovered this. Front desk acted like it wasn’t an unusual call. Offered a maintenance visit. I refused because I wasn’t going to redress. Room was very warm. Not good for sleep!

Our second stay in your hotel. Our room is always clean and the breakfast is great.
I called ahead to try and get my reservation put on to my Bonvoy app. I was assured that even though I booked through *******, they would put it on there, just wouldn’t have points. That’s fine. I don’t care about the points, but I do care about checking and checking out with my app and using my electronic key which I cannot do if you don’t put my reservation on the app.
Also, the hotel did not pay attention to my request for feather free, I had to call the front desk when we arrived.

I want them to put themselves in our guests' shoes and understand that completing your requests before arrival makes for an excellent stay. The staff also now knows how to issue the mobile key. 非常不错的酒店,前台非常热心,是个黑人小姐姐,帮我们安排了我们需要的房型,给我们提供了很多帮助,也非常的耐心
酒店有点老旧,淋浴不太好用,水流很小。不过员工很友善。早餐还行。
设施:位置比较,旁边有中国餐厅,比较适合中国游客。酒店有游泳池和早餐,
之前住过这家酒店,但以后不会再来了。房间里的空调糟透了——窗式空调根本没法制冷。感觉酒店更新后居然还在用窗式空调。酒店大堂也很热,所以不知道是不是整个酒店的空调都出了问题。房间没有彻底打扫干净——我在房间墙边的地板上发现了干麦片。床单皱巴巴的,像是堆放了很久或者在烘干机里烘了很久。水槽旁边的台面裂得厉害。所有的插座都不能用,根本没法给手机充电。沙发床很脏,我不得不把床垫拆下来清理上面的污垢。去年的早餐种类比这次丰富得多。周五晚上10点以后,大堂的酒吧竟然关门了。总之,这次入住体验非常失望,以后不会再来了。
第一晚入住后我就要求打扫房间,结果直到下午五点才有人来。第二天我又要求打扫,主管说他们可能来不了。谁会这么跟客人解释?清洁工来了之后,只是把垃圾倒了,既没收走毛巾,也没留下任何备用毛巾。我以后绝对不会再住这家酒店了。
他们竟然从我的卡里扣了两次款,尽管我的房费已经付过了。
