This was a getaway vacation for me to relax and the hotel was beautiful , great staff, amenities clean, wonderful breakfast and only thing was large group was very loud. The hot tub and pool had a very large group young kids screaming yelling and this was at 11pm. I'm a parent and understand, but there should be kids and designated adult hours so adults can enjoy. All night long hallway noisy 1am to 6am with people talking and doors slamming people in and out. Didn't get the relaxing rest quiet I wanted, but the hotel was beautiful besides that. The room was very nice, and did enjoy breakfast.

I was suppose to get house keeping every other day. I didn't see them until I called to complain Saturday.

Spitting Shower
Our room had an unpleasant odor coming from the air conditioner. Like mold or mildew. Woke up every morning with signs of allergic reaction. I was surprised that the room was so big. It was also really clean. My other problem was no water pressure in shower. We spoke to the front desk about it. They said they would send maintenance. If maintenance came to the room, I couldn't tell.

The hotel was under renovation and smelled terribly. There was weird dampness/moisture smell everywhere

Breakfast buffer was really good. Water pressure on the 3d floor was a little lacking but not terrible. 3out of 4 of the desk staff were helpful.

We are in a handicapped room that we don’t need and were not told that is what we were reserving. When we checked in there were no other rooms available. We should have been told. We should have a rate reduction!!!
