Room was not made up. Front desk informed us they do not makee up between nights. No clean towels. Room smelled musty. Staff unpleasantWe have stayed zthere numerous times in past. Will not stay in future. Very poor!. We

Staff was very friendly. We reported to staff that we didn’t have hot water. Front desk told us it takes a while to heat up so let it run for 10 minutes. It was 30 degrees outside and hallways were freezing cold so we assumed no heat was turned on in the hallways. We love the queen suites and the rooms are very nice plus as mentioned, the staff was very friendly.

Our room was terrible. We were on first floor. Dropped our bags to room, my daughter and I went for some dinner came back and our window was open. Like far enough so someone could get in. We were freaked out the entire time. Switched rooms. And the room was just as bad. Terrible hotel.

Coming in for an event for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing then having the best staff and fluent staff available to help with every request or need through texting was excellent! The accommodations and staff were top notch!! Great job to you all!! Thank you
