The staff was extremely rude, which makes it hard to consider staying here again. The only reason we stayed was because it was prepaid. The room was not very clean, and the bathroom was unpleasant—especially the bathtub, which felt unsanitary. Overall, the experience was not worth the price. The place felt dingy and unwelcoming.

Our room was disgusting. Stained comforter, hair in sink and dust and dirt all over the phones, floor and furniture. Switched rooms but didn’t get what we originally paid for. Bar staff was incredible, but other staff were rude and unhelpful.

Great place to stay north of Chicago. We stayed to see Catch me if You Can. We liked the safeness of staying in the suburbs, but Chicago is only a short drive to to the sites there during the daytime.

DON’T STAY
I was looking forward to this one night trip with my BBF…but it was super expensive and HORRIBLE!!
I paid top dollar for this room hoping to get a view of the lake or at least some trees But instead my view was of the child’s play area and reception hall.
A wedding was taking place and I understand it’s a time of happiness. But, the music was playing LOUD and the front desk promised the music would be done by 11:00….not!!!
The room was so far away from the front desk, it took 15 minutes to get there. In addition there is only one bank of elevators. Also, the toilet ran constantly!! Absolutely nothing nice about the room. And had NO safe in the room?!?
As far as food, we ate in the “Bistro”. Don’t remember the full name. Very pricey and by far the worst meal I have ever had and I travel quite a bit.
The waiter was great.
Breakfast was to be included…in was not!!!

房间太远
价格贵，不够豪华。出行前预订了靠近电梯的房间，结果被安排到了离电梯远两个走廊的房间。我拄着拐杖走路，背很疼。餐厅不错，剧院也很棒。星巴克晚上8点就关门了，所以看完剧院后没法喝无咖啡因的咖啡。
员工很棒，房间很干净。停车方便，附近有 Walker Brothers Pancake House。
我的房间散发着霉味，天花板上布满了霉斑，热水浴缸也不热，地毯摸起来很恶心，我光着脚根本没法在酒店房间里走路
房间不干净，很脏。我们被告知缺少工作人员。给我们提供干净的毛巾和毯子是最低限度的，但他们没有这样做。
走廊里很吵。这是一家宠物友好型酒店，所以要做好随时听狗叫的准备。如果你想放松，这里不适合你。房间也不是最干净的。
