酒店回复: Dear Dallas: Our records indicate that a reservation was made for Saturday night thru a third party website and prepaid for the one night stay. The day prior we recieved a request to hold a room for Friday night arrival and provided a card to confirm the reservation. However, it was not conveyed to our receptionist that it was for full payment as you understood but merely to confirm the reservation. This miscommunication was the issue upon arrival we were trying to resolve.Glad your group enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and hot tub areas in our Tropical Atrium and please accept our apologies for the misunderstanding.

After speaking with the occupants of guest room, your party was asked to leave the hotel by the DMPD. Iowa law allows for the eviction of unruly guests.

我们非常喜欢这家酒店，而且经常入住，因为机场就在街对面，很方便，而且酒店提供班车服务。这次我们的房间有股难闻的味道，不像平常那样通风，因为房间有霉味，但很怪异。除了这次有异味的经历外，这家酒店非常棒，我会向任何人推荐它！
