Hampton Inns are so reliable -- and this one was no exception. Very clean. Staff was very gracious and helpful. I appreciated wide TV options. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice professional staff. HOWEVER, you can't call down to the fronts desk because the phone in the room doesn't actually work. There was no TV service for 2/3 night stay. Finally the very loud running up & down the halls by a group of unsupervised children and LOUD talking outside of our room sealed it: worst HI experience ever. Didn't i mention that the running and talking in the hallway lasted until 11:45 p.m. Friday, July 11? Please make drunk parents not leave their children unattended to ruin the evening for everyone else.

The staff was great. Beds were great. Breakfast was great. But...super noisy guests in the halls all night and above our room. Pool and hot tub area was messy and full of loud, screaming people with tons of kids, that stayed for hours, leaving hardly any time for others to enjoy it! Definitely not worth that amount of money for a bad night's sleep.

The front desk person Liz was awesome and accommodating. I was leaving really early in the morning, she had me wait a couple of minutes and brought out the coffee.
