My stay was wonderful!! Everything was very clean from the lobby to the rooms. The front desk staff was awesome! Stephanie, Nyoka, and I don’t remember the name of the young lady that checked me in on my first night around 6pm but she was very nice and helpful. Our toilet handle wouldn’t flush so I called the front desk and she did not hesitate to change our room. I highly recommend this hotel!!

Room was neglected, carpet was stained, the sheets and beds were clean but the carpet and the dressers and nightstand were very dirty, the room felt neglected

停车费竟然要12美元一天，简直荒谬！前台说是用来巡逻停车场的，但我们住了四天，一次巡逻的影子都没见到！热水淋浴水温不够热，水压也很小，房间里有一股怪味，感觉很不干净，而且浴帘上还有个洞。以后再也不会来了。太糟糕了。
员工服务很棒。酒店需要翻新。入住时电视坏了。（工作人员很棒，很快就过来修好了）。枕头的问题有点奇怪。床上只有四个6x6英寸的枕头。我们去前台要更多枕头，她说她得去找找。后来拿了一些回来，但我怀疑它们的卫生状况。
停车场蚂蚁泛滥，我们退房时发现整辆车都爬满了蚂蚁……真是气死我了。毛巾和抹布不够用，而且我们入住时洗发水也用完了。食物还不错，就是种类可以再多一些。
由于晚上有体育活动，我不得不晚些办理入住，但酒店工作人员在我到达时非常热情友好，并提供了帮助。
停车很方便，但早上出门比较困难，因为交通拥堵。女主人克鲁舍非常热情友好，乐于助人。
