We were not told about renovations until after we booked (of course) so the entire place is a mess. Zero amenities (no ice, no fitness, no pool, no laundry). Hotel room smelled toxic from all the chemicals they've been using during the renovation. Toilet barely flushed. Mattresses are very old. Train horns blasted for minutes at a time very close by every two hours all night waking us up. Housekeeping was banging on the door early in the morning even though checkout is at noon. Front desk (Lucy, the general manager) was unfriendly. They locked us out of our room before checkout so we couldn't get packed and when we tried to call the front desk about room keys not working they just didn't answer. Room doors also rarely close on the first attempt. Stay anywhere else.
Would not stay here again if it was free.

我特意选了一家带泳池和热水浴缸的酒店。我和儿子去泳池的时候,泳池看起来很脏,热水浴缸也关着,藏在墙后面,泳池里的水冰冷刺骨。
酒店还不错。设施非常陈旧。热水浴缸坏了,游泳池也破旧不堪。健身房设备不错,但通风可以更好一些。
早餐和其他地方差不多。
总的来说,住一两晚还可以,但不强烈推荐长期入住。
我们开了4个多小时的车去参加婚礼。这周早些时候我打电话过去问能不能提前入住,因为入住时间是下午3点,而婚礼是下午4点。接待员人很好,说提前一天晚上打电话过去应该没问题。我前一天晚上打了电话给一位非常友善的女士,她说她会把登记信息录入系统,几乎可以保证我们能拿到,但要我们第二天早上再打电话过去,因为我们离婚礼地点还有2个小时的车程。路上我又打了个电话,和一个我猜是经理的人聊了聊。她非常粗鲁,说他们根本不提供提前入住服务。我向她解释说,之前跟我聊过的两位员工都说他们提供提前入住服务,应该没问题。她说那不是真的,她会跟那两位员工谈谈。她根本不想让我们提前入住,在电话里对我非常粗鲁,解释说退房时间是中午,她不可能及时打扫完所有房间让我提前入住。她最后说,万一有空房的话,她会记下我的电话号码,但她一直重复说,她最早能帮忙的时候是下午2点,“如果我能帮忙的话”。我告诉她没问题,果然,她下午2点就准时打来了电话。酒店本身还不错。浴室还没有完全打扫干净,淋浴根本不能用。墙壁薄如纸,所以我们整晚都能听到所有动静。我不会推荐这家酒店。
健身房很差劲,几乎什么都没有。泳池很恶心,房间也破烂不堪。不过淋浴很棒
电视画质很差。广告里说有热水浴缸,但热水浴缸却不能用。非常令人失望……
这家酒店的毛巾是透明的,工作人员也不友好,需要整修。
