The room was mostly clean, however on the lower part of the mirror frame in the bathroom i noticed dried crusty stuff, not sure it was, but it didn't look good. We also had a wasp in our room that was unexpected and kinda upsetting

We used the pool and hot tub every day of our 7 day stay. Both were clean and very enjoyable. The breakfasts were OK, some days were better than others. The flavored waffles are not too good. They have a weird taste in the middle.

Wasnt able to stay. They didnt honor expedias reservation i had made and paid for. The clerk was also very rude, made no effort to assist with accomodations elsewhere and had very much could care less attitude.

Nice place to stay close to shipshewana. Very clean and friendly staff. Be mindful the accessible room on the third floor has a tricky shower might not be friendly for a guest who can’t stand to shower or left legs into tub.

Decent experience
We stayed one night. Check-in was fast and easy, the room was clean, beds were comfortable. My only complaint was the A/C didn't stay at what I set it to...sometime overnight it recalibrated to a default (and warmer) setting. I woke up because it was too warm in the room.

We were surprised with an upgrade room that included a jacuzzi tub for 2, unfortunately the room had a foul odor coming from the drain. The mgr did come to make the air freshener in the room was working, which it was but the odor was still there. They didn’t offer us a different room(I didn’t ask for one) so it was okay. There was a long dark hair in the shower(not ours) that noticed in the morning. Coffee machine was broken in the morning, coffee was available in our room but not the same. This is our 1st time we’ve run into problems at this property but we will be staying here in the future.

Very clean upon approaching from outside and upon entering everything was neat and tidy. Coffee, tea, or hot water was available for guests, any time of day. I was immediately greeted upon entering and asked how I was. I told Tracy I was a bit early, but wanted to at least check in, even if our room wasn’t quite ready. Her response was, “no problem, let’s see what we can do for you.” She noticed I was wincing a bit and inquired as to was I ok. My response was that I had a bad back and right now it was good to get out of the car. Har response, “I’m so sorry, let’s see how close we can get you.” Nothing was available on the first floor, but Tracy was able to get us fairly close to the elevator on the 2nd floor, which was greatly appreciated. Her and her associate, checked with us 3x during our stay via text to make sure everything was okay and to let us know to contact them if we needed anything.
