The place is filthy and they dont clean at all.
The drawers were dusty
The place had a bad smell to it
The place had no breakfast and they said there is breakfast
The staff are horrible and they are not nice at all.

Room and lobby are tidy and clean. They are remodeling so there are things that are not 100% at this time. The staff is quick to assist and please you. Sometimes something is missing. The board was there but no iron. Just ask. It is pretty nice and will be amazing soon. I hope it doesn't lose it's ski resort vibe. A lot of places are losing their personality.

Me and the kids hated it here, lbvs. This hotel is very generic. It seems to be still in a renovation stage.

简直就是噩梦般的酒店，脏乱差，房间里有蜘蛛，地毯臭气熏天，泳池简陋，早餐糟糕透顶，简直就是个废弃的地方。
别被低廉的价格欺骗了；绝对不要来这家酒店！
我最近有机会入住这家酒店，总体而言，体验非常愉快。抵达后最让我印象深刻的一点是房间一尘不染。从接待处到走廊，一切都一尘不染，散发着宜人的香气，井然有序。房间在这方面尤其突出：干净的床单和毛巾，闪闪发光的浴室，家具和地板上一尘不染。这种对清洁的关注无疑极大地提升了我的舒适度。
酒店的另一个亮点是其优越的地理位置。地理位置优越，交通便利，方便前往城市的主要景点，例如餐厅、商店、旅游景点和交通枢纽。这极大地提升了我入住期间的日常生活，节省了时间，方便了出行。
说到舒适度，酒店的整体布局非常温馨舒适。床非常舒适，枕头和床垫质量上乘，让我睡得非常踏实。空调运行良好，隔音效果也很好，即使身处繁华地段，也营造出宁静祥和的环境。装潢也令人愉悦，现代而温馨，让客人有宾至如归的感觉。
