Room was very dirty carpets were sticky. My dishwasher didnt work in the room. Shower was patched with white duct tape where there were holes. I stayed 12 days and my room wasnt even cleaned once. No towels or sheets, trash was never taken out. Id reccomend finding somewhere else for the money this place costs.

Worst Hotel Stay Ever!
I would never suggest this hotel to a single person! The lady who checked us in tried to charge us more money after I already paid. She said oh I am sorry I forgot to charge you the incidentals, but that was already charged when i gave them my card.
This place was disgusting. The bedding was used, the pillows had mascara all over them,(not stains, actually freah makeup) there were other peoples hair in the sheets. The counter tops were covered in cigarette ashes and dirt. We tried to tell the people that worked there but no one cared. They kept using the excuse this is extended stay. So extended stay mean we dont clean ever!
The housekeepers knocked on our door and asked if we want the room cleaned i said yes, also explained that the counters were filthy and covered in cigarette ashes. They never cleaned it and they left our room opened the entire day. When we came back we found the dirty towels on the floor still and our door opened. The room was not cleaned before we checked in and I doubt they will clean it after. DONT NOT STAY HERE!!!
They also ran out of clean towels. The elevator broke.
We waites to talk to the owner. He was not any better. He had the same excuse thia is extended stay hotel.

The room and location were fine typical hotel room. Our room had an odd smell at first but went away after a little bit. The room had a lot of moisture for some reason, by morning my hat was soaked. The double beds are not big enough for two adults. I wish hotels would stop providing double beds. Queens and kings only.

Most of the staff was very pleasant and easy to communicate with. They made our stay feel very home like. The overnight desk attendant was not very nice and did not communicate well at all.

抵达后，工作人员很友好...我们的房间不是我们预订的，我们预订了 2 床套房，但得到的却是 1 床套房，询问后，他们说这是因为我们预订了第三方，所以不能保证。他们确实提供了一张折叠床，我们最终不得不使用。冰箱和厨房柜台的侧面有蚂蚁，盘子放在那里。当我告诉他们时，他们说他们会在搬来折叠床时处理这个问题。我们出门去看垒球比赛，当晚回来时发现蚂蚁更多。第二天早上，我把这件事带到前台，他们问我们离开时是否可以进行维护。我同意了，但当晚我们回来时，房间里仍然有蚂蚁，而且有杀虫剂的味道。不用说，蚂蚁问题并没有解决。
床很舒服，工作人员非常乐于助人。小厨房是我们住宿期间的一大亮点。
