Room is clean, bed is comfortable . Bathroom could use some upgrading, cracked floor tile, bathroom door lock missing, crack in toilet tank lid. Not what I’ve come to expect with a Hampton.

I realize it was Thanksgiving but the breakfast kept running out and there was no cleaning service. We still pay good money for a room and the services should be the same as any other day.

The staff was very accommodating and informative during the check-in process. The breakfast was great. The rooms were very easy to access from the side doors. The rooms were very quiet.

Parking was easy and convenient
Breakfast juice to watery, oatmeal not warm enough & cushion area for seating cushion wasn’t firm enough you couldn’t hardly reach the table

Staff is friendly, convenient location, overall cleanliness is good, our room needed some more attention especially the bathroom, floor was not clean , room needed better dusting, breakfast was great, over-all it was good.

Lots of utility and construction workers stay here, but they will quiet down around 10pm. Bed was comfortable, breakfast was good, coffee down in lobby was great (Columbian roast), I felt safe and convenient to shopping and dining.
