Front desk and all staff were excellent, the only issue was no jacuzzi suites available since 2020 rehab, please update on the web.

Our room was next to a major highway, and extremely noisy, we could not sleep all night. The room itself wasn’t bad, but the bathroom was very bad, wallpaper was coming off the walls, the shower water sprayed everywhere and we had to use all the towels to soak up the water after taking showers. Also, there was no conditioner in the bottle in the bathtub. The pressure from the showerhead made you feel like you were being pressure washed . When we checked out, the front desk employee asked if we had had a good stay, We stated no because of the road noise and that we did not sleep all night. The employee did not say one word to us after us telling her about the bad stay.

I called for the hotel's shuttle to pick me up. While i waited 30 minutes for the Fairfield shuttle, the shuttles for two other airport hotels came by. I could have selected either of those two hotels on ******* instead of the Fairfield. When I called after 30 minutes, I was told the driver could not get the shuttle to start. When I asked if I was just supposed to stand there , I was told they couldn't call me back because they didn't have my number. I would have to make other arrangements to get to the hotel.
The staff apparently believes it can urinate on my leg and persuade me it's raining. All they have confirmed is that Marriott has gone straight downhill since it acquired Westin. This is just the last of too many incidents invoving Marriott. There are too many alternatives to continue to use Marriott.
等了将近半个小时,很冷,也没等到酒店接驳巴士,打车过来只有不到7公里,收了34美金。到了前台,明明两个人,非要等一个完事才给我办入住。大厅进来就有股味,房间里很重的烟味
酒店地理位置便利,购物、餐饮和景点都在附近。前往I-26高速公路也很方便。很不错的酒店。
房间比较旧,早餐单调。不如隔壁的皇冠假日
接待人员非常友好,住宿体验极佳,这是我多年来住过的最好的酒店,价格合理
从我到达柜台到办理登机花了15分钟。我给前台打了10分钟电话,没人接。机场接送服务不清楚
