Staff was courteous, but card key maker was out of order for a full day. Staff had to walk you to your room for entry. Breakfast was not complimentary. Hotel room was freezing and seemed like forever to warm up.

Had a great stay. Room was very clean. Great walk in shower. Workout room was wonderful (provided with free earphones). Hot tub was great. Pool was nice. Employees very friendly and helpful. Overall great stay!

The staff were all extremely kind, welcoming and helpful. The room was very clean upon arrival.
I was there for one night so, I wasn’t able to check out all of the facilities. Overall, I did enjoy my stay and would recommend this hotel.

Whole property had a bad smell and had to switch rooms our second room still smelled bad but entire hotel had an odor

Not Worth It
Service was so-so. Both myself and others had to wait for someone to attend the front desk. Hot tub was out of service. Place smelled funny. Could hear people coming in the side entrance door with it slamming shut all thetime. Was woken up, with the people in the room up above, constantly walking the floor back and forth. Bathroom tub felt like it was going to give in any moment. No breakfast and not worth paying $15 for it. Wouldn't recommend staying here again.

Was wanting heated pool and hot tube. Not told at checkin that hot tube was down but found it to be working great.
