The staff was really nice they were so helpful and friendly, the main person we talked to often was Marva, she was so helpful and friendly and next was also a woman who was expecting that we chatted with I don't know her name. The rooms are spacious and I utilized the pullout sofa each night and it is pretty large and was a peaceful sleep. Loved that we had a full kitchen especially the day after Thanksgiving we were able to heat our leftovers in the microwave and put a good amount of food in the fridge to eat off of during our stay and didn't have to worry about finding utensils or dishes to eat from. We used the gym also and the facilities were good and also watched tv during the treadmill walk. The breakfast was delicious, even on the morning of Thanksgiving they didn't have a full breakfast but even then had quiche, fritattas, fruit, yogurt, cereal, coffee, tea, pastries etc so we were just fine with our breakfast and it was delicious. The next day was grits, a spicy sausage with peppers and onions, eggs and belgian waffles, quite tasty. We spent time in the patio area several times also. Loved that as well especially the firepit out there. Great conventient location also. The only thing that we weren't a fan of was the tub can get slippery and the bathroom light was a bit dim but it seems to be those type of lights that brighten after a while on. Overall we really loved our stay!

Room was clean, staff was courteous. Breakfast was fine except staff didn't keep up on coffee or hot water running out, and bread and bagels were dry from sitting out.

Will stay again. Has everything you would need. The only thing that would have made it better is if the pool had been heated.

宠物友好度太高了！！！
由于飓风海伦，我们不得不离开家园，四处奔波。我们来到这里，起初一切看起来都很好。员工和房间都很棒。然而，在享用早餐时，他们竟然允许宠物进入早餐区。我理解这是一家宠物友好型酒店，但宠物不应该出现在人们用餐的地方。因此，我不会再来了。
由于我的房间预订被无故取消，我无法办理入住。
入住办理快捷方便！洗衣机和烘干机都很好用。大堂没有普通奶精，房间里只有奶精粉。早餐一般……绝对是Residence Inn酒店里最差的之一。空调噪音非常大。
没有无线网络，停车位有限，暖气达不到恒温器设定的温度，而且电视机很小。
