Great breakfast, lousy internet access
Excellent breakfast. Mobile access sucks. Jumping through hoops to get my info for free, basic wireless is aggravating at the least. Having to do it every time I step in or out of hotel is not "modern conveinence."

We were greeted by friendly staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great! We felt safe. We would stay here again!!

I didn't like the in freezer ice maker. After runnung all day there was only enough ice for one glass

It was an amazing stay. But the only issue I had was the dirty pools. Other than that everything was great.

入住办理快捷方便！洗衣机和烘干机都很好用。大堂没有普通奶精，房间里只有奶精粉。早餐一般……绝对是Residence Inn酒店里最差的之一。空调噪音非常大。
没有无线网络，停车位有限，暖气达不到恒温器设定的温度，而且电视机很小。
非常失望。我发现我点错了酒店，本来想订的是离机场更近的那家。我打电话给*******，客服人员联系了酒店，但酒店说因为没有经理在，所以无法取消预订。他们让我明天早上再打，但我预订的是今天的房间。不用说，由于糟糕的客户服务，我现在损失了近300美元。
