Parking was ok not the best for handicap users. Building safety was great, i appreciated doors locked after certain hrs and staff appropriately trained on letting members in. Great coffee machine and availability. Rooms nicely sized. Some maintenance needed on room items.....sink faucet loose, recliner chair broken, furnace air filter dirty. All Staff we spoke to was polite, helpful, and morale felt positive.

Yes the room looked great but wasn't there long enough to have much interaction with the staff but they seemed nice enough

Staff were helpful and nice. Everything was clean, the room was better than expected, very spacious and comfortable. I was there only for a night but I’d definitely recommend it!

We needed a room close to IU Methodist Hospital because my husband had surgery. We checked in the night before surgery. He had to stay one night in the hospital. It was nice that I could sleep the second night in our room. The Suite was absolutely adorable!

The room was great! The wait to check in could be improved, as there was only one person taking care of the front desk as well as helping other guests elsewhere. Adding another staff member would be beneficial during the busy times. Thanks!

The two bedroom king suite is amazing along with a pullout couch. All the amenities in the kitchen. Laundry on the main floor, free to use. Parking is convenient and the staff is helpful. Only one of two elevators were working until they get a replacement for the other. Great stay!

The room was very clean and spacious. No ice machine but you could turn on the ice maker in the full size fridge if you wanted.durin my visit there was only one working elevator. Staff was friendly and helpful.
