I booked and paid for double beds. Upon arriving, I ending up with a king size bed. There was a lot of dust and the facilities were outdated. Generally when booking with Holiday Inn my expectation is four to five stars. Unfortunately this time around it didn’t meet those expectations

My stay was terrible and front desk was very rude. I’ve stay here before and service was great. But this time the service was horrible.

客户服务很差。房间里没有备用毛巾。我不得不去前台要额外的毛巾。前台员工（Ashley）在解释非公司卡政策时本可以更和蔼一些。企业旗下的假日酒店有更多的支付卡选项。我不得不使用我的名片来支付可退还押金，然后进入房间却发现只有几条毛巾。我能感觉到新领导层带来的环境和服务上的变化。我遇到了维修问题，而且清洁服务在下午才工作，如果早上有紧急情况，这会很不方便。我建议提供更好的服务和维修问题的紧急随叫随到服务。我以前在这家店的体验更好，在其他分店的住宿也很棒。这次经历值得分享一些急需的反馈。
适合住一两天。
无法让任何人打扫我的房间！酒店的整体清洁度很差。醒来发现我房间前面的走廊里到处都是垃圾。想要住 3 晚，当我登记入住时，只预订了 2 晚。我要求再加一晚，他们想要的 1 晚几乎与其他 2 晚一样多。
住的很舒服，工作人员也很细心。
