I booked and paid for double beds. Upon arriving, I ending up with a king size bed. There was a lot of dust and the facilities were outdated. Generally when booking with Holiday Inn my expectation is four to five stars. Unfortunately this time around it didn’t meet those expectations

无法让任何人打扫我的房间!酒店的整体清洁度很差。醒来发现我房间前面的走廊里到处都是垃圾。想要住 3 晚,当我登记入住时,只预订了 2 晚。我要求再加一晚,他们想要的 1 晚几乎与其他 2 晚一样多。
