While the hotel itself was nice, and the staff helpful, the heating seemed to be broken in the entire building. Our room was extremely cold at night and the thermostat temperature would not go up no matter how high we set it.
I then found a review from a week before our visit where someone mentioned this as well, and the hotel responded that maintenance was looking into it.
That means the hotel was/is allowing guests to book rooms knowing the heating is not working properly, with near 20-degree temperatures outside.
I don't think I got any actual sleep, I had to put on my coat and try to use my partners body heat to stay warm. It was extremely uncomfortable and felt like a waste of time/money, since I knew I could have been sleeping in a warm environment in my own home.

Jayden at the front desk was wonderful! Greeted so warmly on a snowy day. The hotel was wonderful and decorated for the season! Our room fit our family of 6 so well. It was clean and temperature of the room was perfect. The provided body care items were quality and smelled great! And the location in downtown helped provide a beautiful closing of our vacation to Indiana. We also enjoyed the vintage pieces seen around the hotel as well! Well done!
