We were welcomed very kindly by the young man at the desk upon checkin. He didn’t mention our Hilton Honors status at all but was very kind/helpful.This Hampton is not worth the $$ though as it’s so old and worn out. A disappointment to us unfortunately!

I made a reservation a month before travel on their website and paid in full. The day BEFORE we were to arrive I was notified that they cancelled my reservation. No explanation. I called the hotel direct and was told they were closing for renovation. They had to have had an idea they would be closing. Why did they allow reservations to be made? Very poor customer service. This is a huge inconvenience. I will never stay at a Hilton property again.

It’s a nice hotel. We didn’t use the pool or eat breakfast. The check in desk could be lower and towels need to be replaced, kind of thin.

I was quite relived to find a clean room. Everything was up to the standards I expect from the Hampton Inn Brand. Now, there was a slight musty smell in the lobby. But the area was clean and bright. Check in was friendly and professional. Room was clean and comfortable. We had a microwave and refrigerator, which worked well. The workout room was clean and functional. Signs posted stated pool was out of commission. Breakfast was clean and well stocked. Location was good, easy access to highways. Front hotel rooms did have some highway noise. If we were staying in the area in the future, I would stay here again, but I would ask for a room in the back.

Avoid this place at all costs. We have consistently stayed at Hamptons for decades, and they seem to be going downhill lately. But this one is by far the worst. There is a huge hole in the roof of the portico that appears to have been there awhile. The lobby is dirty and it looks like water damage on the wallpaper. Doors are chewed up and mangled. My wife, who has a better nose than I do, said she could smell mold as soon as she walked in the lobby. We made our way to our room and she wrinkled her nose and said the mold smell was really bad in the room. One of the comforters was not clean. We gathered our stuff and told the desk clerk we were not staying here. We went up the street to the Drury Inn, which was very nice. We overheard a guest at the Drury talking about the Hampton and he said he didn’t have hot water. Honestly, I don’t know how Hampton allows their name to remain on such a run-down, dilapidated property.

Overall, we had a good visit. During the time of our stay- there were many pets staying with their owners. I had forgotten this location was pet-friendly, so that certainly isn't Hampton's fault. There is only one elevator, which seems to always be busy, so expect a short wait. Cleanliness wasn't perfect, but was good enough for our overnight stay. The front desk staff was very pleasant. Breakfast didn't offer dark roast coffee, only light. However, we did like that this location had individually wrapped pastries and loaf cakes, which came in handy for another long day of travel. Have stayed at this property in the past, and will likely stay again.

The main entrance has debris falling from the roof. The parking lot has construction. The pool has been closed for so long but they permanently laminated the signs. Fireplace does not work. Some rooms do not have a refrigerator. Hot water was not working, the front desk said that they have been having issues and to just leave the water run 10 to 15 minutes... It did finally produce warm water but that was annoying to wait so long. By far the worst Hampton I have ever stayed in.

Certainly not maintained, not up to date and what you’d expect from a Hampton Inn. Old and needs love and a face lift. Pool out of service. We were not notified at booking but by a sign at check in, ice machines down on 4th floor was not offered complimentary water at check in.

I am a Hilton Honors member and have never had a bad experience EXCEPT with this hotel. My family and I arrived very late at night and were passing through and needed a room for 1 night. My husband checked us in at the front desk and came to get me and the kids. We went upstairs on the 3rd floor used the key and tried to open the door. It was latched locked because people were in the room sleeping!!! Completely shocked we went back downstairs and got another room on the 2nd floor. I ALWAYS check beds and pillows at hotels we stay at it’s just something I do. I pulled the sheets back on the first bed and checked all pillows and laid our 4yr old down. Went to the 2nd bed pulled sheets back and lifted the pillows and there were fleas jumping around!!! I immediately grabbed our 4yr old off the 1st bed and we got out of there!! We went back downstairs again and told the gentleman at the desk. He was very polite and made sure we wouldn’t be charged for the room. Needless to say I would not recommend staying here!

Using the Hilton honors app made this hotel stay easy! Checked in and out on the app, even got a digital room key. Staff was also friendly and helpful in the lobby. Enjoyed our stay and would Definitely stay again!
