Parking was safe but the secure lock on our room door was missing a piece so if someone had a key they could come on in.
Hair in the laboratory and on a towel.
Room hadn't been given a good dusting in a long time. Bedside lamp outlet/switch was sticky. Breakfast was very disappointing. They said it was 6 to 10. We went little passed 8. Food items were empty. Coffee was empty. We ate cereal and muffins then went to fast food place for coffee. Upon arrival for checkin at 3:30 pm, we were told our room wasn't ready so they put us in another one.

Staff was warm and welcoming. It’s a quick walk to Starbucks in the morning and Destihl Brewery for dinner. Breakfast was better than expected !

Overall it was a good stay. The check in was quick, although the digital key didn’t work. The hotel was clean, fresh smelling, and I didn’t feel like I needed a shower after entering my room. The inside of the hotel could use some updates and the landscaping needs some touching up. The parking lot could use a repaving also. For the price, it was a good value for a visiting business trip.

Overall, we enjoyed our 4 night stay at this property. Breakfast each morning was great. We needed to add a roll away bed after the reservation was initially made and they changed our room to accommodate that request with no issue. I did ask for someone to lubricate the hinges on our bathroom door due to the squeak, but it wasn't done, so I did take care of it myself.

Front desk staff were helpful and attentive. After returning to the room at night, we noticed ants all over the floor. We were immediately moved to another room. This room had a handicapped accessible shower which looked very outdated and unclean. We noticed hair on the floor of the shower and the grout lines were very discolored. Because we had just moved rooms and were leaving early in the morning, we decided to just not use the shower. Had we been staying longer or needed the shower, I would have asked for another room. Very disappointing.
