my only complaint is there was a night light i couldn't shut off. The t.v doesn't rotate fully so it's a weird angle and when it rained it was very loud but everything else was really great!!

A reservation was made for an accessible room, expecting a walk-in shower. The room did not have a walk-in shower and none was available. Your web-site does not show any reservation options for an accessible room with a walk-in shower even though the building has some.

Parking was safe but the secure lock on our room door was missing a piece so if someone had a key they could come on in.
Hair in the laboratory and on a towel.
Room hadn't been given a good dusting in a long time. Bedside lamp outlet/switch was sticky. Breakfast was very disappointing. They said it was 6 to 10. We went little passed 8. Food items were empty. Coffee was empty. We ate cereal and muffins then went to fast food place for coffee. Upon arrival for checkin at 3:30 pm, we were told our room wasn't ready so they put us in another one.
