I travel frequently and am often times disappointed with something. Not this trip! The Embassy Suites Indianapolis Downtown knows how to treat their customers. Highly recommended.

My stay was great! I did notice the QR code for me to leave a digital tip for the cleaning service was for the room next to me. I sisn't want to tip on behalf of my neighbor so I left cash. This was room 1625. The QR codde was for room 1624.

Not really, we were there for 3 nights and never received housekeeping once.
The door stuck so we had to force open and shut. Suite 625.
We reserved and paid for a premium suite but they were all taken so we got a regular suite instead, lower level, less amenities. We arrived for check in at about 5 pm, why could all of the suites we reserved be occupied?
Issues at check in, we were told we didn’t have a reservation but we did, my last name changed due to marriage10 years ago. I have used ******* several times since, just recently in Seattle ( September) and there have never been any issues at all. It was annoying as we were tired from traveling. To be told we had no reservation then after standing and waiting for the supervisor to help, we were then told out reserved room was not available, was not good.
We were not offered or given any credit for the lower type of room either.

Probably the best staff for any hotel I've been at. The room was awesome, I wish more hotels used the layout. Also the happy hour at night and omletes in the morning was what set this hotel apart and made it amazing.

The breakfast was fresh and the omlette was good as usual. The front desk was OK but my rep didnt even know how to get to the Gainsbridge Fieldhouse. The rep next ro her gave her guest a map and was more engaged. It is what it is and there were convience with parking, staying, and eatimg around embassy suites. Otherwise the stay was .

酒店非常干净。但人也太多了。其中一部电梯坏了,导致等电梯的时间非常长。泳池里整天都挤满了无人看管的小孩,直到关门才消停。除此之外,其他都很棒。酒吧很赞,早餐也很棒!
