The hotel lobby was very nice. My room was ok. The bathtub was slippery. The room was also cold even though the thermostat said 72. It was definitely 67. I had to go and get a refill of Kleenex and TP. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The hallway was really cold. The heater is definitely broken.

Overall was fine. Can’t blame the hotel for the clientele, but one room was making the hall reek of ****. To the hotel’s credit they sent someone right away to deal with the issue. The room was comfortable.

Staff GREAT! As a whole the hotel was lovely. A bonus. It was decorated beautifully for the holidays. The room was clean and serviced daily. Even though our room was on the first floor with the parking lot right outside our windows, it was peaceful and quiet. The only thing I can critique is that the water pressure was really poor and it took a long time to get hot water, but we managed and everything else made up for this.

Ants in our room, floor was wet under the AC vent as you walk in the room, a baseball team of boys made the pool experience awful - staff had a hard time getting them under control.

酒店离机场15分钟车程,旁边就是一家牛排馆,酒店设施完善,价格合理,还含早餐,入住体验不错!
