I paid for 2 nights and blizzard made me late check in. Accordingly they told me I’m total “no show and cannot have ANY nights at all after I paid for 2 and got to stay zero nights. Terrible customer service. I do not recommend.

酒店回复: When making your reservation, the details of cancellation and no show are given through your booking agent. Reservation no shows mean you did not arrive before 2am on your arrival day and you did not contact the hotel or the booking agent to amend your reservation. When a reservation goes through as a no show, the entire reservation is then cancelled including any remaining days. If your reservation is prepaid, then that prepayment is forfeited. While we are very sorry that you may not have considered all the reservation details when you booked, the hotel did not collect any money directly from you, and you are encouraged to contact your booking agent for assistance with any issues with payment or reservation details. We also suggest in the future if you are not going to arrive on your scheduled arrival date due to unforeseen circumstances that you contact your booking agent or the hotel directly to let them know so that we can try and make arrangements to ensure you are still able to be accommodated when you arrive.

The night manager was friendly and very helpful. She gave us restaurant recommendations and coupons to use. The room was clean and welcoming, and the breakfast buffet was very good with a pretty good assortment of foods to choose from. I would definitely stay here again!

The room was nice. It was clean. The elevator apparently has not been in operation for some time, which meant I had to carry everything up stairs and then back down stairs when I was checking in and out. Fortunately, I did not have mobility issues.
The breakfast was okay. Better than many I have had at other hotels, not as good as others. They had hot water and tea bags, but no hot chocolate for non coffee/tea drinkers.
I would stay at the Holiday Inn Express again, but I would call ahead to ensure the elevator is in working order.

What is the meaning of booking a month ahead of event to get better room rates not the ripoff?

酒店回复: Rates do change regularly no matter what booking channel you choose to utilize to make your reservation, and rates are often different from day to day on a reservation staying multiple nights. When booked your confirmation details out all of the charges and any rate changes that may apply over the course of your reservation. Those are not changed after booking, and what you paid at the hotel matched your original confirmed reservation. Hopefully that helps to clear up the confusion you have. Front desk guy walked me to my room and carried my back pack because I'd just run a race and was in a lot of pain.

This is a nice place to stay; the hotel has plenty of amenities, a nice fitness center, clean rooms, and a very responsive staff.

The front desk staff was great. Very friendly, professional, and helpful. The hotel is located in a very convenient area with lots of food options close by. The breakfast at the hotel was meh, and the hallway on the first floor smelled musty, possibly because the indoor pool was near our room. We didn’t notice the shower head was pointed out into the bathroom so we flooded the bathroom floor the first night. The hotel could use a little TLC on the furniture and doors. Unfortunately, the towels felt like sandpaper.
