Our stay was fine, but the check-in process was a nightmare. Not because of the hotel, they couldn’t have been easier to work with. It was ******* that caused us grief. The ghost cars that ******* sent the hotel to use, was declined, even though we had paid for it, and had received confirmation. We had to make two different phone calls, and it took about thirty minutes to get it all worked out. Made us late for our dinner reservation. The staff, the room, the breakfast and the service was all wonderful.

The staff was excellent check in fast and easy, we got a room early, she recommended a restaurant and it was great. Breakfast at the hotel had a good variety and very clean, great coffee!

预订至*******。*******上的照片显示房间配有浴缸。据入住时工作人员称,这家酒店没有带浴缸的房间,只有淋浴。
永远避免入住希尔顿酒店
房间提前一个月预订并付款。当时我要求入住一楼的房间。我下午3:05入住,被安排在247号房间,位于酒店二楼最深处的角落。令我震惊的是,一间每晚200美元的房间竟然没有冰箱或微波炉。当我要求换一间房时,被告知没有可用的房间。值班经理安娜·芬威克提出可以把冰箱送到我们的房间,但要额外支付10美元!芬威克女士却说没有微波炉。我以后不会再选择汉普顿酒店了,我会通知我所有的朋友,让他们不要入住希尔顿酒店。更糟糕的是,我用我的奖励预订了这次糟糕的住宿。
最后不得不住第二天。收费是第一晚的两倍,而且没有人告诉我具体金额。最后被收取了 3 晚的费用,甚至没有收到收据。淋浴间里到处都是头发。不推荐
