The staff was courteous! I believe believe because I booked through ******* my room was street side of the hotel, VERY noisy. I received a call from the hotel asking how my stay was going. I let them know I was not happy about the level of noise. I was able to move to the other side of the hotel. However, when checking out the hotel billed me for a much high room rate. Once I offered to provide my confirmation the Agent said she had the information showing the correct rate and I would receive a refund.

The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable and staff were all friendly. There wasn't any free coffee station in the lobby bc they only have a coffee shop where you have to pay for it, that's the only downside. Everything else was fantastic.

Typical stop on othe Southside. Desk help was great, as it always is. Room was clean. It's an old property, so it is showing some age. Bathroom is a little tight, but there is a separate sink area. HVAC unit is old and a little noisy, muffled by an old cap stand that does not allow the drapes to close correctly. Minor issues, but does not allow for 5 stars.

讲两个细节，大家自己判断。四周道路噪音严重；该酒店负责健身房的中年职工看到顾客面无表情冷漠得很；我入住时前台是一个戴眼镜的白人，我前面有一位黑人顾客借用了一下电话，黑人走后该白人又是抹布又是消毒水在清洁电话和台面，非常夸张，酒店接待人员不友好。
