Stopped in for our nightly stay on our road trip. Safe are with several other nearby hotels, and restaurants within walking distance. Nice area, and a large coin-operated laundry room that wasn’t being used. After 1 ½ weeks on the road – we needed to do some wash. I think we did 4-5 loads between check-in and check-out. Also, one large spillage pond sitting between 3-4 hotels. No fish. Don’t bother. Parking: Free lot Service: Friendly Would recommend: Yes Would re-patronize: Yes

Arguably one of the scummiest hotels we’ve ever stayed in. DO NOT spend your money here. Upon check in, we were informed that their “key system” was down and had to be let into our room by a hotel employee. We couldn’t leave our room without having to get an employee to come up with us to let us in. Did not feel safe! Also, when checking the beds, we found blood stains on the mattress cover. When we removed the sheets, we also found urine stains on the sheets. After calling the front desk, they delivered the wrong size mattress cover. When we called again, they said they did NOT have a sheet to fit our bed. They gave us the full size sheets again and said we had to make the bed ourselves with the wrong size sheets. We will be seeking a full refund.

We stayed here for a softball tournament. We love the Hilton brand and the convenience of the app. Check in was easy. We did everything through the app. The key on the app is wonderful. I love the ability to do laundry here since it was hot and playing ball all day and I wanted to clean the clothes. The staff was very friendly, especially Sue in the breakfast buffet. Sue had a heart for guests that I really don’t experience much any more. I would come back just for her. And I am not even a breakfast person. We also meet Peggy, she just started and was so sweet to us. The property was clean, smelled great and were actually able to relax after playing ball all day. Highly recommend.

Excellent service. The receptionist, Angel Singletary, was very kind and helpful. She went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. The hotel is very clean. Breakfast was very good and complete. The room was clean and comfortable (although the carpet needs to be replaced; it is very old and with several stains). Location is very good, with easy access to many places and good restaurants. Very safe. My wife and I will come back to this hotel whenever we travel to Evansville.

Check in was fast. No fridge or microwave in the room. Room was clean and hvac kept room at good temp. Breakfast was a real miss. Coffee was empty for at least 20min before it was filled. Bacon was the thinnest bacon I've ever seen. Breakfast staff barely spoke when spoken too...normally in other Hilton hotels they are polite and at least respond to a good morning. No doordash in the area so the hotel pushes for grubhub....couldn't get it to work it just kept saying unexpected error. I know that's not the hotel fault but just want folks to be aware it didn't work for me or my wife. I only stay in Hilton hotels....next time in the area I will consider another spot for sure.

Hotel is clean, staff is nice however their bedding and pillows were terrible. The pillows specifically were some of the worst I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. I asked for more firm pillows but they didn’t have anything better to offer, as a result I had several terrible nights sleep. The treadmills were out of order and only one of the peloton worked, according to other reviews the 2nd peloton has been inoperable for at least a year. They had dumbbells and a single bench but not much else. I don’t expect a full gym in hotels but their offerings seemed like an after thought.

The staff was awesome and the hotel was clean. We had a very nice stay. Can't wait to go back. The staff was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. They were very helpful to our needs. Great Job to the front desk and the manager for great customer service.

We had a family member in Deaconess Hospital and the Hampton Inn was nearby. Check-in was smooth. Walking down the hall there was food scattered on the carpet. Upon entering our room I could smell the faint smell of cat urine. The grout of the tile floor in the bathroom looked stained and dirty. The door lock required pushing in on the door to get it to engage. The safety lock was broken. Typical breakfast fair. The hot options looked past their prime. Oatmeal was good.

This is a well run hotel. The staff, Dee, was very friendly and efficient. Our room was clean and quiet. We loved the location within walking distance of a Texas Roadhouse. The morning breakfast was professionally prepared and presented. Great job by all!

If you are hoping to get in a workout during your stay, I recommend looking elsewhere. The software on the Peleton bike was not working, the treadmill belt would pause at random iterations (dangerous!), and no water or stretching mats were available. The room and bed were fine.
