The service was good as in staff was very friendly. The Hotel and the room I stayed in was very clean and well organized. The bed itself was uncomfortable in my wife and I opinion but we also do have a very comfortable mattress at home and are used to sleeping on a higher quality mattress. I did expect Hilton to have a little higher quality mattress however. My main complaint is breakfast was not included in the price of the room. I rented a jr suite room for the extra room and comfort because my wife and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary. My opinion is seeing I had already paid extra for a better room the LEAST Hilton could have done was include breakfast. Holiday Inn Express or Best Western automatically includes breakfast when you rent a room from them which is where my wife and I usually stay. But seeing this was our wedding anniversary I figured I’d try Hilton which is supposed to be a more pleasant Hotel to stay at? When I found out we had to pay extra for breakfast when we already spent more money for a nicer hotel and paid extra for a nicer room, I felt having to pay even more for breakfast was quite rude. I HIGHLY doubt that I will stay at a Hilton again. I’ll stick with hotels that don’t have a problem with spoiling their paying customers.

Property was nice but very disappointed in our room. There was quite a bit of water damage on our ceiling with some areas peeling. Also the pull down shade was not installed correctly so we were unable to put it all the way down. In addition, check in time was listed as 3:00 pm. We arrived at 5:00 pm and our room was not ready yet. This was not what we expected for a Hilton hotel.

我们入住后大约11点离开，孩子们跑来跑去踢足球。对我们来说，不值得住在这里。开车回家了。酒店需要更好地管理大型团体。孩子们在大堂里扔足球。我们房间所在的底层最终变成了孩子们的游乐场。酒店还不错。但客人管理不善。浪费我们的钱。
我预订了酒店的游泳池和热水浴缸，但由于维修而无法使用，直到我们去游泳池时 May 才被告知这一点。
