Property was nice but very disappointed in our room. There was quite a bit of water damage on our ceiling with some areas peeling. Also the pull down shade was not installed correctly so we were unable to put it all the way down. In addition, check in time was listed as 3:00 pm. We arrived at 5:00 pm and our room was not ready yet. This was not what we expected for a Hilton hotel.

We chose this hotel because it had a pool and laundry facilities, and neither were working when we were there so that was a bit of a disappointment. We were doing a lot of hiking, so a pool/hot tub at the end of the day would have been nice. Also, we needed to do some laundry and couldn't do that because the washing machine was broken. I can understand one thing, but both made it very frustrating.

我预订了酒店的游泳池和热水浴缸，但由于维修而无法使用，直到我们去游泳池时 May 才被告知这一点。
