Everything was good except it took forever and a day to get hot water in the shower. Staff was very nice and the room was clean.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The room/hotel just seems to be really dated. You could see daylight all around the door frame and the curtains did not close, there were only sheers, so for a lite sleeper like myself, the light was pesky for sound sleep. I expected USB/USB-C plug ins for devices but there were only traditional plugs. Then the shower pressure and temp were only satisfactory. Overall, the staff was friendly and the room clean and comfortable, just probably need of some updates.

给我办理入住的接待员很热情。但他没有告诉我早餐需要买票（在我告诉他我会带一位客人以及我们会吃早餐之后）。直到第二天早上我准备去餐厅吃饭时才发现这一点。夜班服务员在泳池关闭前10分钟就到了，想让我们离开，以便他可以打扫泳池区域。我当然建议他先跟接待员确认一下我们应该离开的时间。淋浴间的冷热水标签贴反了，水温始终只有温热。然而，洗手池里的水却是滚烫的！房间里只有两条洗脸巾和四条毛巾，而我们住五个人，所以我不得不打电话要求增加床单被罩。正是因为看到了评论才决定预订两间房，但这次的经历却完全相反。任何带孩子旅行的人都知道，当你需要反复确认各种事项，还要维持一群孩子的秩序时，事情会变得多么令人头疼！
每位调酒师使用的POS系统都不接受美国运通卡。我觉得很奇怪，因为我用美国运通卡预订房间时是可以的。当我要求将消费记入房费时，似乎也遇到了一些阻力。我最终还是记入了房费——但其他顾客似乎也遇到了同样的问题。真是奇怪。
房间和酒店都很干净。早餐很棒。员工也很友善。浴缸有点堵塞，如果酒店打扫干净的话，这一点应该不会有太大问题……但其他方面都很棒。我会再次入住。

很棒的住宿地点——应该主要是一家商务酒店——周末非常安静。一切都很棒——唯一希望房间里能有更多USB电源接口。
